Return & Exchange Policy
Key Points

All approved returns are issued as store credit only (unless otherwise required by law).

Customer pays return shipping. We generally do not provide prepaid labels.

All approved returns incur a 20% restocking fee (except confirmed defective/damaged-on-arrival items).

Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

International orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re unsure on sizing/fit, compatibility, or use-case, contact us before ordering—we’ll help you choose the right option.
Eligibility Window
To be eligible for return:

Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and
-
Items must be postmarked/handed to the carrier within 30 days of delivery.
Returns require a Return Authorization (RA/RMA) from WinterWarfare prior to shipping your package back.
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:

Unused and in like-new, resalable condition
-
In original packaging with all included accessories, inserts, manuals, and paperwork

Free of dirt, debris, snow/water exposure, odors (smoke/fuel), pet hair, stains, or wear
Important: Items that have been worn outdoors, field-tested, exposed to snow/moisture/mud, washed, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible and may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.
Store Credit Terms
All approved returns are refunded via store credit issued to the customer account/email used at checkout (unless otherwise required by law).
Store credit:

Has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash

Is non-transferable
-
Cannot be redeemed for gift cards (if applicable)

May not be combined with certain promotions unless explicitly stated
-
Expires 24 months after issuance (you can set this to “no expiration” if you prefer)
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns except items confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival.
Restocking fee is assessed after inspection and is applied to the item price (excluding original shipping/taxes unless required by law).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels. If a label is provided at our discretion, the label cost will be deducted from the issued store credit.

We recommend using a trackable and insured service. WinterWarfare is not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
WinterWarfare cannot accept returns for:

Items marked Final Sale

Clearance items
-
Personalized items
-
Custom-made or made-to-order items once production/sourcing begins

Discounted bundle offers (e.g., “4 for $20”) unless the entire bundle is returned

Items that were resold, altered, modified, washed, field-used, or tagged for resale

Items not purchased from winterwarfare.com

Items marked non-returnable at checkout or within the product description
Domestic Returns & Exchanges (United States)
To start a return:

Provide your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

We will issue return instructions and (if approved) an RA/RMA.
Exchanges: We do not guarantee direct exchanges. In most cases, we process an approved return as store credit, and you may place a new order.
Fit/Sizing: Returns due to fit/sizing are eligible for store credit only and remain subject to the 20% restocking fee and all return requirements.
International Orders (Non-Returnable)
International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping costs.
Processing Times

Please allow 7–14 days to inspect and process your return after delivery to our returns address.

Store credit is generally issued within 7–20 business days after we complete inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery (and no later than 30 days from purchase) and include:

Order number

Photos/video of the issue and packaging (including shipping box)

Item number/SKU if available
If confirmed as defective/damaged-on-arrival:

We will provide a replacement if available, or issue store credit.

No restocking fee applies.

Return shipping charges will not be applied when we confirm the defect/damage.
Not considered defects: normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, modifications, washing, accidental damage, or damage from environmental exposure beyond intended use.
Lost in Transit / Delivered-But-Not-Received
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

Contact the carrier immediately and file a claim/report.

Email us with your order number, tracking number, and claim/report details.
WinterWarfare will make a reasonable effort to assist. If a replacement is available, we may replace at our discretion or issue store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders process quickly. You have a 15-minute cancellation window during business hours.
Call Customer Service at 1-866-606-5858 immediately if you placed an order in error. If the request is outside the 15-minute window or outside business hours, the order will ship and must be processed under this Return Policy.
Custom-made or out-of-stock items may have longer lead times and cannot be canceled once production/sourcing begins.
Fraud & Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to verify orders (including high-value or suspicious transactions) via phone/email confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns or limit return privileges for suspected abuse, excessive returns, or violations of this policy.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We’re happy to help resolve issues quickly. Customers agree to contact WinterWarfare before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt resolution.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first, or disputes inconsistent with this disclosed policy (store-credit-only returns, restocking fees, final-sale rules, international final sale) may result in denial of future purchases.
Policy Disclosure & Agreement
By placing an order on winterwarfare.com, you acknowledge you have read and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy and that it is disclosed at the time of purchase.
WinterWarfare reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
